Return Policy

1. What's covered

This policy covers the AuthorityMD Playbook, the $97 USD digital PDF sold at authoritymd.com. Go through the playbook and use it to plan, script and film your content. If it doesn't give you a clearer, faster and more practical way to create your Instagram content, you can have a full refund.

2. How long you have

Requests must reach us within 30 days of your purchase date, as shown on your Stripe receipt. You don't have to give a reason, finish the playbook or prove you used it.

3. How to ask for a refund

• Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or tell us that address in your email.
• Put "Refund" in the subject line.
• Include your name. A receipt number helps but isn't required.

We reply within two business days, usually sooner.

4. How you're refunded

We refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method through Stripe. Stripe usually sends it within a day of our approval, and your bank or card issuer may then take 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement. We can't refund to a different card or account.

Any currency conversion or foreign transaction fees your bank charged are set by your bank. We don't receive them, so we can't refund them.

5. After your refund

Once you're refunded, your licence to use the playbook ends. Please delete any copies you downloaded or printed, and don't share them. If you buy again later, the 30-day guarantee starts fresh from the new purchase date.

6. Please contact us before your bank

If something isn't right, email us first. We'll refund any request made within 30 days, and that's faster for you than a dispute with your bank. Filing a chargeback for a purchase we would have refunded makes the process slower for everyone.

7. After 30 days

Refunds aren't available after the 30-day window. If you were charged twice, were charged by mistake, or never received the playbook, email us at any time and we'll fix it.

8. Other purchases

This policy applies only to the playbook. Strategy calls, coaching and other services have their own refund terms, which are shown before you buy them.

9. Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live. Nothing here limits those rights. Our full Terms & Privacy also apply to your purchase.
